Saturday 12 and sunday 13 May 2012 in Montefiascone (VT) will be held the Feast of St. Pancrazio and sweet dumpling festival.
The event will be held in the hamlet of Le Coste, which is located north of Montefiascone at the border with the territory of Bolsena, in the square opposite the church of San Pancrazio. For the occasion will be possible to taste the ravioli, a a typical sweet that is prepared outside the churchyard.
The dumplings consist of rectangular cut lasagna stuffed with ricotta cheese, sugar, cinnamon and alchermes liqueur which are then fried in oil. The celebrations include various sports and recreational events: religious procession, concert of the local city band, lottery, bingo, fireworks, soccer competition, games and theater dialect.

Montefiascone is located 15 km from Viterbo and is located on the SS Cassia (km 98) that goes on for Siena and again across the Alps ; at less than 25 km there is Orvieto that works as a link to the Florence-Rome highway.

Sabato 12 e domenica 13 Maggio 2012 a Montefiascone (VT) si terrà la Festa di S. Pancrazio e sagra del raviolo dolce.
La manifestazione si terrà nella frazione Le Coste che si trova a nord di Montefiascone ai confini col territorio di Bolsena, nel piazzale antistante la chiesa di San Pancrazio. Per l’ occasione si potrà degustare il raviolo, un dolce caratteristico che viene preparato all’aperto sul sagrato della chiesa.
I ravioli consistono in lasagne tagliate rettangolari ripiene di ricotta, zucchero, cannella e liquore alchermes che vengono poi fritte nell’olio. I festeggiamenti prevedono varie manifestzioni sportive e ricreative: processione religiosa, concerto banda cittadina, lotteria, tombola, fuochi d’artificio, torneo calcetto, giochi popolari e teatro dialettale.
